Our work is quite varied and a house preparation can be anything from a standard clean, right up to painting and decorating (including wallpapering when required).
Our team also work alongside some local housing agencies and we have been called in for door lock and barrel replacement. This is usually required either when the locks are faulty, or sometimes when a tenant leaves and the landlord/agency want the locks changed.
When we are called in to clean your carpet, we offer pet odour removal and a Scotchgard carpet protector treatment which offers a little more protection against spills such as coffee, wine, most foods and also offers protection against foot traffic stains (trainers etc)..

Professional Bathroom Cleaning
A bathroom is a space which tends to accumulate a lot of moisture. This in turn leads to mould and fungus development. The best way to slow this down is by making sure your bathroom has good air circulation by leaving the bathroom door and window open.
Deep and hygienic bathroom cleans at regular intervals are also necessary to ensure good health and a clean home. We understand the importance of this and offer a full bathroom cleaning service that (if required) entails tiles cleaned, mould removed from between grouting. Mould removed from silicone, though if it has penetrated into the silicone, we will completely remove the silicone strip, clean the area and replace it.
If/when possible, for a tidy and professional finish, we also place a plastic covering over the silicone and water seal that down also.. (see photo opposite)
